A WARM WELCOME FROM OUR HEADTEACHER

Dear visitors,

Thank you for visiting our website!

My name is Suzanne Webb and I am so proud to be the head of Redgate. I joined the school in 2015 and we have been on an incredible journey to develop such an inclusive, vibrant school in the heart of our community. Over the last eight years we have added our Little Squirrels nursery that takes children from just two years old and The Pines, a complex needs resourced provision for 42 pupils.

We are an award winning school- our Early Years team won the National Pearson's GOLD Teaching Award for Early Years Team of the Year 2022!

My staff are the heartbeat of our school and they have developed an exciting and challenging curriculum to capture the children's imagination and inspire them to love learning.

We would love you to come and visit us and see the school in action. Please call our office and arrange to meet team Redgate at your earliest convenience.

Kindest regards

Suzanne Webb

ETHOS & VALUES

What is our vision?

Redgate's vision is to ensure we equip our children to be global citizens of the future. We strive to ensure that every child leaves at the end of Year 6 with no limits to where their ambitions can take them, our pupils to leave with a confidence and determination to be the very best person they can be. Our mission is to give each pupil a voice and the ability to perform to their highest potential, regardless of their starting point.

Every member of our school feel safe and secure here and everyone celebrates and respects each other's differences within our community. We deliver our vision through our core values, every moment at Redgate:

We Learn

 We Collaborate

 We Nurture

We GROW

 We ARE SAFE

Our vision is an inclusive vision, to develop every pupil's self belief and develop an intrinsic love of learning.  The staff at Redgate learn alongside each child, valuing and learning from what each child brings to our school. We provide a strong learning culture and environment that excites, engages, challenges and inspires everyone.
